Guiding Principles
Archiving Facility :
We have dedicated server for archiving electronically all the
jobs already printed to make re-printing easier, if required.
The another advantage of archiving digital data is that any
changes wanted can easily be incorporated before re-printing
or revised printing.
File Transfer :
You can send your job files along with your instructions
through our FTP server or you can courier in CDs or DVDs to
our mailing address:

Whenever sending your job file in CD or DVD please
Login to your customer area to fill the JOB CARD
and take a print out of the same and send it along with
your files. Also enclose the Black & White same size proof of
the job file and clearly indicate the pre press and post press
operations. Please copy all the image or graphic links, screen
fonts and printer fonts.

Supply only the files that
we need to output your job. |

A print out of your final
job for accurate output is preferable. You may fax a hard
copy to our Fax No. ++91(0)361-2450797.

Supply all the fonts used in
your document, including fonts used in any linked EPS
files. We recommend any of the Postscript versions.

All images must be in CMYK
and saved in TIFF format. Please do not use JPEG.

We suggest a final image
resolution of 300 dpi. Bitmap (1-colour) files such as
logos and line work should be 600 dpi.

The document page size
should be set to the final trim size of your printed
piece. For example, if your single sheet is trimmed to
8.5” x 11” then your document size should also be set to
8.5”x 11”.

How to
Upload Files to Our FTP
FTP means “File Transfer Protocol.” It is a way to
get file from your computer to our computer without using e-mail.
To FTP, you will need to register with us and get User name, and
Password information. Please empanel yourself filling the
Customer’s Registration Form as our registered customer or
e-mail at
bhabani@bhabani.com for your username and password to
our FTP site.
